BlendingData is basically a collection of DIM-dimensional UniformData<DIM>
. Each of the arrays stores either
nodal values or scaling function coefficients or wavelet coefficients for a particular uniform grid or trial space.
BlendingData is used for the so-called combination technique which allows to extrapolate results of e.g. a numerical quadrature
to sparse grids. The member function LevelAdaptiveData<DIM>::Blend()
the combination of results.
